Columbia University, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, Free Speech, and the ROTC
A blog I like, Red Blue Christian, brings up an interesting point on the whole Mahmoud Ahmadinejad controversy at Columbia University. It reads…

The President of Columbia justifies the invitation extended to Ahmadinejad on the grounds that the university is a place for the exchange of ideas. So, the Iranian President who executes homosexuals is allowed to share his ideas on campus, but ROTC, whose policy banning self-admitted homosexuals, only because it follows the orders of the President, is not permitted to be on campus to express its views.
