I am for legal, ethical, and compassionate adoption. It is not any of those to take a stolen child as your own. But many children do need homes and I am all for that. Adoption is for orphans and children whose parents cannot care for then, despite being offered assistance to do so. It has become instead a multi-bullion dollar marketplace of unscrupulous baby brokers who kidnap and steal children to met a demand. Not exactly noble, good or humanitarian.
