I think you should watch this video for a couple of reasons.

1.  Malcolm Gladwell is hot.  People are eating him up, in person and online.  It is good to know why his style resonates with people.

2.  Malcolm Gladwell is smart.  He asks the question…is it possible that having to much information is dangerous?
