Today in Firefox Evangelism I want to finish up by thinking running Meebo (previous write up on Meebo) in a sidebar.

Why would you want to do this?

1.  You can do other things on the web (like Bible Gateway) while chatting.

2. Running Meebo will keep your hard drive free of crap.

To do this simply add this link to your bookmarks.

http://wwwl.meebo.com/index-en.html

Then, right click on that bookmark and select “properties.”

After you do that there will be a check box that reads, “load this bookmark in a sidebar.”  Select that link.  A picture of how that looks is found below here.

Then, when you click on that link, log in with your Meebo log in, it will look something like this.

For what it is worth, you can repeat that process with other sites.
