I’ll admit it…I am an introvert.  It is not that I don’t like people, it is just that I would be quite happy spending an afternoon with a coffee and a book most days of the week.

A training seminar I was at over a year ago claimed that 70% of pastors are introverts.  That seemed high, but then again most pastor’s I have worked with were inclined towards introversion.

Yet Pastor’s are expected to function as an extrovert a good share of the time.  So how do we do it?  How can we act outside our normal inclination when the situation calls for it?

While not written for pastors, this post by Guy Kawasaki gives some great pointers for walking through the fellowship hall on Sunday mornings.  Check them out.
