Southern Baptists, Speaking in tongues, and World Mission

Now I don’t know where you stand on this issue (for that matter, I am still not sure where I stand on this issue), but the Southern Baptists have made a significant change to their policy on the issue of speaking in tongues.
It used to be that missionaries were prohibited from speaking in tongues in public but now are banned from doing that in private too.
This came to my attention in an article about a sermon that was "censored."
