Using Technology in your church
A couple of years ago, a friend of mine had his church vote to buy a video projector. After a yes vote, the pastor then thanked the church taking a step into the 90’s….it was 2004. Probably not the best choice of words, huh? But for many churches, true.
It seems to me like churches either avoid technology or use it has a gimmick. One, church, Lifechurch.tv is gaining notoriety for using technology in their ministry effectively.
The good people over at Church Marketing Sucks (Love the name!) have done a piece for us all to use when trying to discern when using technology is good, what the results might be, and figuring out if it is even worth doing.
